This policy explains what personal information Northstar Limited collects, why, and your rights over it. We are a facilitator: we connect you with independent, licensed clinics and do not provide treatment ourselves.
Who we are
Northstar Limited (“Northstar”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for the information you share with us. You can reach us at info@northstarlimited.com or by post at Rietbaan 2, 2908 LP Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms: your name, contact details (email, phone), country, treatment interests, travel preferences, and anything you write to us.
Health information you choose to share: photos, X-rays, and answers about your dental history or concerns. Health data is “special category” data and we only use it with your explicit consent.
Basic technical data: your browser stores your form progress locally on your device (local storage) so you can continue where you left off. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it and our legal basis
To understand your needs, match you with suitable clinics, and coordinate your care and travel. Our legal basis is your consent, and for coordinating a service you have requested, the performance of that request. For health data, our basis is your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
The independent clinics and practitioners we match you with, so they can review your case and prepare a plan. Trusted service providers who help us operate (for example secure database, hosting and email tools), under confidentiality obligations. We never sell your data.
International transfers
The clinics we work with are located in Turkey, which is outside the UK and EEA. Where we share your information with them, we do so to deliver the service you asked for and take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to help you, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see your rights below).
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email us at info@northstarlimited.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please share sensitive information thoughtfully.
